Terms and Conditions
- A $350.00 deposit is required by each traveler with their reservation form to guarantee booking
- The balance is due 60 days prior to departure
- Cancellation
- Up to 90 days prior to departure date $50.00 cancellation fee
- From 89-61 days prior to departure date $150.00 cancellation fee
- From 60-46 days prior to departure date $250.00 cancellation fee
- From 45 days prior to departure date and on – full cancellation fee (100%)
Travel Insurance is available and strongly recommended!
Disclaimer: Coral Travel & Tours Ltd. acts only as agent for tour members in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, touring, restaurants or any other services in connection with the itinerary. We will exercise reasonable care in making such arrangements. However, we do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity to person and property because of an act of default of any hotel, airline carrier, restaurant, company, or person rendering any of the services included in the tour. The right is reserved to cancel or change itineraries or to substitute comparable services without notice. The right is also reserved to decline to accept or to retain any tour passengers should such person's health or general deportment in the opinion of Coral Travel & Tours, Ltd. impede the operation of the tour or be a detriment to the other tour passengers.
